The PHPOA President’s Message

Notes from the President;

It never ceases to amaze me, if you as a property owner think you have heard everything, just hang around and you will be amazed.

Now in our subdivision it seems some people have taken to dumping their fish remains upon other people's property.  Why can't these people do away with the remains in a time-honored method of burying them in their own yard, or putting them in a bag to be frozen until Monday or Thursday trash day?

We have to try to live together as a subdivision and rely on each other to do what is morally and legally agreeable to each other.  Please try to "do unto others as you would have done unto you."

President of PHPOA, John Miller

Reports and Information

ATTENTION: NOVEMBER BOARD MEETING!
The November Board Meeting will be ON the 14th Due to the Thanksgiving Holidays.

Notice to Property Owners: from the Board of Directors!
We have property owners in our subdivision that are violating the Protective Covenants, Restrictions and Lot Assessments. In order for the Board of Directors to see that these violations do not occur, we are in the process of retaining an attorney.  The Texas law for Property Owners Associations allows an association to file a Deed Restriction Violation Lawsuit.  The Board was not aware of many of the violations until after the fact.
If we do not stop these violations now our subdivision we be less desirable in the future.
