PHPOA Presidents' Letter

This is going to be a delicate subject, but a subject that needs to be addressed.
As I was going from my house to my carport the other day, I had a very bad experience; a large dog was trying to use my carport as a bathroom. Needless to say, I tried to run the dog off my carport, but he was not in a position to run, so he and I just stood there and looked at each other until he finished his work. He growled and then left leaving behind his handy work. The subdivision has a rule that states you must keep your dog or cat in your yard and not let it be a nuisance to others in the subdivision. Please keep your dog at home and off my carport and out of others yards.

It looks as though this is going to be an unusual heat wave and will be here for a while, please be kind and check up on our senior retirees during this high heat and make sure they are staying hydrated.
Thank Youy,

President of PHPOA, John Miller
